It uses innovative UI/UX front end that are functional specifically to the type of disabilities once a user profile is set up, and intelligent algorithm at the back end to continuously learn users travel behaviour so as to provide optimal options to users on real-time. CityMaaS Assist provides end to end service from discovery, routing and essential information providing to booking and payment of each journey door to door in smart cities.
