Taking the number 1 spot, PerfectTed – co-founded by Marisa Poster, Teddie Levenfiche and Teddie’s cousin, Max – has become a social media sensation, supercharged by investment from Dragons’ Den entrepreneur Steven Bartlett. With revenue skyrocketing by 532% to over £8 million, the brand is emblematic of the kind of mission-led, consumer-savvy growth that defines this year’s cohort.
Other top contenders include REHAB, the haircare disruptor powered by a tiny seven-person team and bolstered by backing from Stacey Solomon, and Simmer Eats, a meal delivery startup from Hertfordshire that has already hit over £36 million in revenue.
Disruptors across categories
This year’s top 10 features a diverse mix of categories and geographies – from sustainable oral care brand SURI, to F1-inspired engineering firm Dynisma, to wellness innovators Ancient + Brave and Purdy & Figg.
Cultural cachet plays a notable role across the list, with celebrity involvement continuing to blend business with influence: Revive Collagen counts reality TV star Sam Faiers as a co-founder, while Steven Bartlett’s Midas touch shows no signs of slowing.
But growth isn’t just about hype. FEBE (For Entrepreneurs, By Entrepreneurs) compiles its ranking based on robust metrics – including two-year CAGR, profitability, and ongoing founder involvement. Eligible companies must be UK-registered, privately owned, independent, and post revenues between £3 million and £200 million.
A new generation of leadership
In what continues to be a welcome shift, a third of this year’s Growth 100 businesses feature female founders or co-founders. Standouts include Olivia Jenkins of jewellery brand D.LOUISE, Aneisha Soobroyen of pet nutrition company Scrumbles, and Jess Hunt and Jenna Meek, the duo behind cosmetics brand REFY.
Charlotte Quince, founder of FEBE, said:
“The Growth 100 isn’t just a leaderboard – it’s a tribute to the founders pushing boundaries, taking risks, and building brilliant businesses against all odds.”
The ones to watch
Alongside the main ranking, FEBE also unveiled its Watch List – a handpicked selection of rising stars that didn’t meet every Growth 100 criterion but are on powerful trajectories. This year’s class includes snack disruptors ELEAT and ManiLife, low-alc beverage brand Hip Pop, clean-eating bakery Flake Bake, and lifestyle innovators Hunter & Gather.
Virgin's backing for bold founders
Speaking on the announcement, Holly Branson said:
“At Virgin, entrepreneurship is in our DNA, which is why we jumped at the chance to support the FEBE Growth 100. It’s inspiring to see founders shaking up industries and building businesses with purpose at their core. What I truly love about this community is that they’re all 100% up for the challenge of creating real solutions to some of the world’s biggest problems.”
