For those who haven’t come across DREO yet—what’s the story behind the brand, and what problem are you solving in the consumer electronics space?

DREO was born out of a common frustration: home appliances were either needlessly complex or disappointingly basic. Launched in 2021 by a team of engineers, we set out to rethink comfort at home. The legacy brands were stuck, offering marginal upgrades that didn’t reflect what modern users actually wanted. So we took a different path: combining high-performance hardware with elegant, intelligent design.

We started with air comfort - tower fans, heaters and humidifiers, that gave users precise control over their space. Then came Smart Kitchen, where we’ve made everything from cooking to coffee more innovative, more enjoyable, and beautifully simple.

At the heart of it all is the DREO App (rated 4.9 stars, 500K+ MAUs), seamlessly connecting devices to voice assistants and routines.

Today, DREO products are in over 11,000 stores worldwide, trusted by millions of homes and leading Amazon charts across multiple markets.

For us, smart home comfort isn’t a luxury—it’s something everyone deserves.

The home appliance market is full of noise—what sets DREO apart from the competition, and how do you define your edge when it comes to design, performance or innovation?

At DREO, we focus on what truly matters: delivering genuine comfort through innovative, thoughtful design. Unlike many brands that chase flashy features or surface-level upgrades, we build products that blend powerful performance with quiet operation and intuitive controls—so they simply work, seamlessly fitting into people’s daily lives.

DREO appliances are built to deliver comfort that feels effortless, not engineered. That means quiet fans that cool fast, heaters that warm evenly, and controls that make sense.

Design matters too. We build products that look as good as they work—clean, modern, and designed to blend into real homes.

DREO’s edge is simple: we seamlessly integrate hardware and software in a way that feels invisible to the user, yet makes life noticeably better.

With Europe bracing for increasingly intense summers, how is Dreo rethinking comfort and climate control in the home?

Europe’s heatwaves are no longer rare—they’re reality. Yet most homes still lack effective cooling. That’s where DREO steps in. We’ve developed innovative, energy-efficient solutions explicitly built for European living: compact, stylish, and easy to control.

Our tower fans utilise TurboWind™ to deliver fast airflow and HyperSilent™ technology for near-silent operation, making them ideal for bedrooms, workspaces, or any urban flat.  Complementing these is our compact, energy-efficient Portable Air Conditioner. Crucially, both run efficiently, thanks to ECO modes and intelligent algorithms that cut energy use without compromising comfort.

All of this is controlled through the DREO App, which integrates seamlessly with Alexa and Google Home—letting users stay cool with a tap or a voice command.

We’re not just selling appliances—we’re offering a rethink of how homes across Europe can adapt to extreme weather, without ripping out walls or cranking up bills—comfort, without compromise.

Which Dreo products are flying off the shelves, and what does that tell you about shifting consumer needs?

Our Tower Fan series has been one of DREO’s most successful product lines to date. Over the past year alone, it has generated more than $50 million in global sales, including $15 million from Europe. DREO Tower Fans now hold the #1 market share on Amazon in the US, UK, and Germany—a clear testament to their widespread appeal and resonance with today’s consumers.

This strong performance reflects a broader shift in consumer expectations. People are increasingly seeking high-performance appliances that also fit seamlessly into modern living spaces. Our Tower Fans deliver powerful airflow in a slim, space-saving design, paired with quiet operation and intuitive smart controls. That combination of performance, aesthetics, and convenience is what today’s users truly value.

Looking ahead to 2025, can you give us a glimpse into what’s next—are there any new launches or product categories we should have on our radar?

This summer saw strong momentum, with new fan launches pushing airflow technology even further. But that’s just the start. At IFA this autumn, we’ll debut next-gen winter products: smarter heaters, sleeker humidifiers, and more seamless integration across the home.

In the kitchen, expect new additions to our Smart Kitchen line, bringing more innovation to everyday tasks like cooking and making coffee.

Looking further ahead, we’re preparing for a major launch in April 2026, where we’ll unveil an entirely new lineup of summer products and innovations that will expand our air comfort category and continue to push the boundaries of home comfort technology.

At DREO, we’re committed to continuously innovating across multiple categories, creating products that bring smarter, more comfortable living to homes year-round.
