Become a leader of the future. Get paid to break into tech. We scout out graduates from all degree backgrounds and take the top 0.5%. Our community is 50% female, 30% Black and 60% Black, Asian and ethnically diverse. Over 15 weeks, we pay our graduates to rapidly train in both tech and leadership skills, and get them into roles where they out-earn the average Computer Science graduate. Over 2 years of leadership development on-the-job, we accelerate our talent in both tech and leadership – moulding leaders ready to build products, teams and companies.
