Aston Particle Technologies are commercialising its Novel Isothermal Dry Particle Coating technique (iDPC), which processes drugs without the use of solvents or heat. iDPC's USP lies in delivering enhanced particle properties, particularly for challenging drugs (high dose, moisture or heat sensitive) without compromising their innate properties. iDPC offers multiple benefits in the formulation of Dry Powder Inhalers (DPIs), including manufacture of high dose DPI's as well the formulation of Oral Solid Dosage Forms (OSD's).
