In 2013, Nathan Robinson and Victor Lewis founded The Leadership Network on the hard truth that most leaders at the sharp end of business know too well; there is no real secret apart from quality execution of the right strategy. Since then, we developed a unique training format and established strong partnerships with companies like Toyota, BMW, Nike, Philips, and Aptiv. After years of training and connecting executives as The Leadership Network, we have now evolved into Gemba, and have extended our company purpose to combat the challenges of delivering engaging, scalable learning and meaningful collaboration across remote teams. It’s still executive training, but supercharged.
