The data set then enable the digitisation of procurement and logistics providing our network of third-party assemblers a Kit of Parts, design and full support such that they can deliver modular homes local to the project at a price and speed not able to be met by the large manufacturers. This approach protects local employment, the environment and provides the developer and local government with a robust solution for delivering homes, at scale.
