Oliva was founded by people who needed mental health support at some point, but had a hard time actually getting it. Whether it’s burnout, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression—between us, we’ve battled them all. So we know first-hand that support from the right mental health professional makes a massive difference. But finding this support can be a real challenge. And paying for it can be an even bigger challenge. Add the lingering stigma attached to mental health, and you’re left with a lot of people who either don’t—or can’t—get the support they need. We want to help change that.
