OneWeb is a global communications company on a mission to connect everyone, everywhere. Through a global constellation of satellites in Low Earth Orbit, OneWeb will be able deliver high-speed, low-latency services everywhere. Half the world's population still lacks access to the Internet and in many areas access is still inconsistent. Access is critical for growing economies, starting new businesses, expanding access to health care, and providing educational opportunities. This issue impacts all of us, and together we can solve it. In February of 2019, OneWeb successfully launched its first six satellites and has raised more than $3.4 billion from world-class partners including SoftBank, Airbus, Grupo Salinas, Virgin, Hughes, Intelsat, Coca-Cola, Government of Rwanda and more.
