Sanctus started as a community which rallied around a simple mission: to normalise the conversation around mental health in the workplace and make proactive support more readily available at work. What began as an organic blog post from our founder back in 2016 sharing his own mental health struggles, has since grown to us supporting hundreds of progressive and forward-thinking businesses and empowering tens of thousands of individuals to work on their mental health, wellbeing and personal development with a Sanctus Coach. We continue to champion healthy workplaces and support businesses to move beyond lip service when it comes to prioritising employee wellbeing.
