Three-Sixty Aquaculture Limited, founded in 2014 by CTO Lee Tanner, initially established the UK’s first commercial tilapia hatchery and later developed a lumpfish facility. In 2019, CEO James Fox-Davies joined, bringing extensive shellfish industry experience from operating the UK’s first organically certified mussel farm and one of the largest scallop businesses in the UK. Together, they have built the UK’s only indoor prawn farm using Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) technology in Swansea focusing on sustainable aquaculture innovation. Will Rash has also recently joined the team as one of the leading experts on prawns and the former Shellfish Category Director of Findus Group.
