At Zelt, we are building the world's first employee-centric business management software to power can-do cultures at growth companies. We realised that there is a $50bn market of business admin software out there, that is all pointing towards the employee (HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT management) but does not treat the employee as the ultimate beneficiary or even a core user persona. Instead it has been built as productivity tools for decision makers that govern business operations (head of HR, head of IT, payroll manager, etc.).
