19-03-2020 12:00 AM 19-03-2020 12:00 AM Europe/Paris Diversity & Inclusion: Workplace Wellbeing ‘I am proud that we are innovating to bring this inaugural Diversity and Inclusion conference to the Chamber’s members. As part of the HR Forum’s leadership, we strive to move the needle by assisting, supporting and educating our members in the development of HR in their business. We recognise that a diverse and inclusive workplace brings creativity, productivity, awareness of risk, and improves retention and attraction. We are delighted to offer this conference for business to realise, develop and support diversity and inclusion in all possible guises,’ says Melanie Stancliffe, Employment Partner at Cripps Pemberton Greenish and Co-Chair of the French Chamber’s HR Forum. The conference format will include two panels of expert speakers, covering the topics of mental health and the future of the workplace. Around these focal discussions, participants will hear two keynote speeches from relevant and high-level industry representatives, on topics such as unconscious bias in the workplace, and top tips for businesses on best practises in approaching the issue. The Chamber is excited to welcome Manisha Mehrotra, Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Bloomberg LLP, Payal Vasudeva, Partner, Financial Services & Human Capital at Deloitte, and Amanda Scott, Head of Talent & Reward at Willis Tower Watson who will take part in the panel discussions. More details on speakers and partners will be released shortly. Willis Tower Watson 51 Lime Street London EC3M 2DQ
