Ever since our climate issue, our minds have failed to stray from the important issues that are occupying the climate crisis. That’s why we’re holding an event to discuss the matters with you, and European journalists delving into climate change. We speak to the team behind the project Money to Burn: an investigation into the often unspoken and unexpected consequences of Europe’s renewable resources – and the effect it is now having on Estonia’s forests. It’s hard not to wonder whether this source of energy is truly renewable, if it’s being harvested faster that it can replenish. We will be joined by the authors of Money to Burn: Hazel Sheffield, Sophie Blok, Catherine Joie, Paul Toetzke, Ties Gijzel, Silvia Nortes and Piret Reiljan, to discuss the issue in-depth and the process of the making of Money to Burn.
