These can include development of better medicines, optimised logistics, sensing for the unseen, enhanced data security and many more applications. When these solutions are truly impactful they will disrupt whole industries and give opportunities to current incumbents or new entrants. Aimava has delivered INVC programmes in Electric Vehicles, Internet of Things, AI with leading organisations such as Aviva, BP, National Grid, Nio, Nissan, Total, Williams etc., leading edge ventures and investors. Next Steps Following this activity we select disruptive opportunities and INVCs to build on the opportunities identified & offer in-depth discussions & connections with relevant businesses. This approach is based on the methodologies and book Purpose to Performance – Innovative New Value Chains by Andrew Gaule of Aimava.
