re:publica Berlin is Europe's largest digital society festival. re:publica participants represent a cross-section of (digital) society, which include professionals from economics, politics, business, hacker culture, NGOs, media, and marketing, as well as bloggers, activists, artists, and social media experts.

re:publica 24 took place from 27-29 May 2024 with the motto "WHO CARES?" at STATION Berlin and counted more than 30.000 visits during the three conference days.

In September 2024 re:publica took place in Hamburg for the second time. As part of the Reeperbahn Festival, the re:publica team organised a two-day programme consisting of lectures, workshops, panel discussions and performances in the "Festival Village" on the Heiligengeistfeld.
