Kate Millar, CEO and Founder Antipodream Antipodream is one of the most exciting new homeware and design businesses to arrive in the UK in recent years, and was launched in 2016 by Aussie native Kate Millar. The online shop provides a platform for artists and brands from Australia and New Zealand, and offers customers a curated homewares collection with a distinctly ‘Antipodean’ aesthetic - bright colours, bold prints and signature details that POP. Kate launched Antipodream while juggling both a family and full time job, and has grown the start up from a side hustle to a fully-fledged business with a loyal following of interiors-obsessed customers. Angelee Sidar, Founder of SoulDeli Angelee Sidar is the founder of Soul Deli. Having felt disillusioned with food in her previous corporate job. She set out on a mission to revolutionise food for the workplace. Angelee believes food and environment has a direct impact on your wellbeing, productivity and believes that food is the catalyst to connect people in a meaningful way. From breakfast boardroom boosts to coffee cupping with the experts. ‘We love to bring people together through the common love of food’. The Soul Deli was formed in early 2017, since then they have rapidly expanded with twelve locations from Brighton to Manchester. Describing herself as a mother, foodie, entrepreneur. Angelee is passionate about women in business and is keen to share her thoughts with the conference. Eddy Dallas, Co-Founder of Freestar Drinks Eddy trained as an accountant (ACA) for 7 years at Deloitte working in both their New York and London offices. He then moved to Propercorn where he worked for 4 years heading up their Finance team and leaving as their Finance Director. He left Propercorn to launch Freestar in summer 2019 with two great mates, co-founders Charlie Crawley and Felix von Hurter.
