It will be a special edition of the workshop (8 h) with only 12 places to provide a personalized training experience. The Sprout is a qualitative, holistic and multidisciplinary methodology guiding radical innovation processes. It integrates all areas of a company: management, creativity, research, and marketing.
This workshop introduces principles, tools, and methods to conduct context observation and analysis; 5, 7 to 10-years prospective scenario building (Future Prism®); and development of a 360° market strategy (Value Sphere®).
