The BNP Paribas International Hackathon Fintech Opportunity is the first phase of a program empowering tech entrepreneurs to innovate radically around customer experience in banking, insurance and personal finance.
Just another hackathon ?
Not quite. Instead of building completely from scratch, teams are invited to develop prototypes showing how their existing products or services could represent new ways of delighting BNPP’s 15 million individual and business customers. That is why at BNP Paribas we have gone to great lengths to prepare special resources for these startups: data, reports and access to experts. This is part of a multi-phase initiative spanning several months and operating in five locations around the world: Paris, Rome, Istanbul, Brussels and San Francisco. This program kicks off with a hackathon. But that’s just the beginning.
