Développeur et contributeur connu pour améliorer le Framework Android, Romain Guy participe à la programmation de chaque nouveauté et contribue à améliorer, à chaque mise à jour, le système d’exploitation mobile. Romain a intégré Google en 2007 en tant que stagiaire, il a depuis évolué au sein du géant de la Silicon Valley et en est désormais directeur de l’engineering sur Android.

On the 21st of October, HR Team will host Romain Guy for an event on the history of Android. Romain Guy is the engineering director for the Android Toolkit team at Google. The Toolkit team is responsible for the platform's UI toolkit, the suite of Jetpack libraries, and Jetpack Compose, a new declarative and reactive UI toolkit for Android. Since joining Google in 2007 as an intern, Romain has worked on multiple parts of the Android platform, focusing mainly on UI, graphics, and animations.
