The Pitch Your Startup (PYSU) initiative aims to assemble Luxembourg’s local players to support the country’s startup scene, attract international attention, foster innovative ideas.

The competition opens its doors each year with the help of sponsors. Everyone’s goal? Bolstering chances of success for young businesses via financial contribution and reputation building. For this 2020 edition, the PYSU Grand Finale will take place during the ICT Spring.

It will be a yearlong competition throughout FARVEST’s 3 international events: European Finance Summit / ICT Spring / Human Capital Europe.

Semi-finalists will be granted 3 minutes and 33 seconds to present their company and innovative solution, in order to convince the members of the Jury, composed of seasoned professionals. Every pitch will be followed by 2 minutes of Q&A conducted by the Jury. The AI, Machine Learning & Big Data category concerns startups whose primary technology uses artificial intelligence and/or machine learning, particularly in relation to Big Data, to improve an element of the status quo or outright disrupt it.

The winner of the day, will pitch again in the evening, where the Finals will take place. As a reminder, other categories deal with Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, HR Tech, Smart Mobility, Fintech, Regtech and Insurtech.
